Mission
Catalysts for change are young individuals with the intent of providing community service wholeheartedly while focusing on aspects that would grant order and peace to the community. The group also aims to continually raise the bar of safety and welfare to improve the quality of living of the citizenry.
Vision
Catalysts for Change will be the path to greatness of illuminating dim roads and streets exceeding all the expectations and skepticism's. The group is working to be a competent organization along its high accuracy in administering hindrance or social dilemma. With the group's visible tenacity, we can make huge changes regarding the issues of the community.
Public street lighting was first developed in the 1500s, and accelerated following the invention of lanterns with glass windows, which greatly improved the quantity of light. In 1588 the Parisian Parlement decreed that a torch be installed and lit at each intersection, and in 1594 the police changed this to lanterns.

But of course there is always a room for improvement. Street lights can be improved and developed and one example of it are Solar Streetlights which can be implemented through areas. So join us as we tackle about this efficient equipment that will surely help the inconvenience of the people in one community.
